Last night we hosted our Annual Limnios Property Group awards, celebrating the team and the hard work they have displayed throughout the 2021 year.
Special mention to Jimmy Fung, Senior Property Manager and Rob Stefanovski, Director Residential Sales, who won the Leadership and Working Above and Beyond awards respectively
LPG Leadership & Team Spirit Award
A person that is a good leader and/or team player. Recognises others, exhibits accountability, dependability, ability to collaborate, ability to listen, ability to help others and ask for help, shows up (not just physically but showing up in conversations, when people need help when important discussions are ongoing), shares victories and accomplishments, and does not steal the thunder from others.
The award was given to Jimmy Fung, Senior Property Manager, who was nominated for being:

A person that does more than their outlined responsibilities. They may show up early, or leave late, they take on extra assignments without fuss and give their all to every project. They are self-driven and hard-working and always go the extra mile to improve the quality of their output, to provide excellent team service and/or customer experience.
The award was given to our Rob Stefanovski, Director Residential Sales, who was nominated for being:
