Founders, Atha and Helen Limnios were the visionaries of inner-city living in Perth; even long before the trend emerged in WA, the couple was at the forefront of promoting the economic, social, environmental and lifestyle advantages of inner-city development – and continue to do so today.

Limnios and Associates, as it was formally known, began its origins in the lounge room of the couple’s Joondanna home in 1969.

As their real estate business grew, they relocated to a small shop front at the prime inner-city address of William Street in Northbridge. During this time, the business became known as Limnios First National before rebranding again in 2000, as Limnios Property Group.

Born from building authentic, enduring and honest relationships, coupled with a passion and determination to impart a positive impact within the community, Atha and Helen Limnios laid the foundations for son and now CEO James, who has continued to adopt the family ethos for over two decades.

Combining his vision for excellence, commitment to community and exceptional leadership qualities, James has carried the business to an exciting new level of success, not only in Western Australia, but on a broader scale to include east coast and international markets.
